Specifically, quality rehabilitated homes and commercial properties in markets that demonstrate strong growth potential and revitalization.

Further, Olympic will develop rental properties in the Greater New Orleans area. At the present time, the Greater New Orleans area is experiencing a backlog of demand for government subsidized housing. This will provide purchasers of rental properties consistent rental income. Also, Olympic would serve as a sub-contractor for large commercial projects.

COMPETITION

Currently, there are numerous local firms that deal in residential construction and home improvement. However, many of the construction companies performing repairs and redevelopment in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina are inefficient, inexperienced and unqualified. Olympic is locally owned and understands the architecture and "vibe" unique to the Greater New Orleans area and South Louisiana. Further, Olympic is the sole and exclusive contractor for HMS Properties, LLC, 4443-45 Wilson, LLC, and JDS Holdings, LLC.

Olympic deals primarily in the area of renovation or new construction, residential development, rental property, multi-family units and commercial property. They will also be directly and indirectly involved in real estate, property management and sub-contracting.

Overall, Olympic believes that there are enough blighted properties to warrant continued entry into this industry. Further, local, state and federal governments are dedicating enormous amounts of money in Southeast Louisiana. Olympic is focusing on creative and effective ways to win motivated buyers and investors as well as cultivating a lasting relationship to assist in the return of South Louisiana to its greatness.
