Olympic Commercial & Residential Construction, L.L.C. ("Olympic") is in the business of restoring hurricane-damaged, deficiently-repaired homes and commercial properties, as well as performing general contracting work. Also, Olympic undertakes new construction for residential and commercial properties. Further, Olympic serves as a sub-contractor for large commercial projects. In 2007, Mr. Maurice Hurst and Mr. J. Douglas Sunseri agreed to purchase a majority interest in Olympic. Mr. Hurst brings his business experience as an executive in the NFL and experience in construction and development of residential property in the Greater New Orleans area to Olympic. Mr. Sunseri brings his 20 years of legal experience in business and construction to Olympic. From 2003-present, Mr. Hurst and Mr. Sunseri served as the owners of HMS Properties, LLC, an entity restoring numerous blighted residential properties in the Greater New Orleans area. Read More
